I was so thrilled to receive a little piece of your art. Your work *El Teide blanco* reminded me of my expedition through Indian Tibet and also made me think of Mount Kailash. I also loved the vertical illustration *El mar de nubes*, especially because the title is written in Spanish.

And, of course, I felt immense joy when, upon opening the envelope, all those little gold and silver stars spilled out. As a longtime postcrossing enthusiast, it’s not easy to surprise me, but you managed it. We used to put these little sparkling touches in our envelopes too—especially at Christmas and New Year’s—so that, when they were opened, the magic would wash over whoever received the letter. Thank you also for the stickers and the little cards featuring eclipses, comets, planets, and stars. The whole set has a beautiful and very special feel to it. You can really tell how much care and creativity you’ve put into every detail. I absolutely loved it!”
